About the Role

We are recruiting an IB Coordinator to oversee the implementation and development of the IB programmes within the school.

This role is suited to an experienced IB professional who can ensure compliance, support teachers, and maintain IB standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IB programme implementation and development.
• Ensure compliance with IB standards and practices.
• Support and train teaching staff.
• Monitor curriculum delivery and assessment.
• Act as the main point of contact with the IB organisation.
• Drive continuous improvement across the programme.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Valid teaching qualification.
• Significant IB experience.
• Previous leadership or coordination experience.
